1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In these Terms, “GKCC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Grace Kingdom Community Centre. “Website” means www.gkcc.org.za and associated digital pages operated by GKCC. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the Website or transacting with GKCC.

2. LEGAL STATUS AND PURPOSE
GKCC is a South African Non-Profit Company registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission under registration number 2013/100395/08. GKCC operates as a church and community organisation and uses the Website to communicate information, administer church activities, receive voluntary financial contributions, facilitate event ticketing and administer fundraising initiatives.

3. ACCEPTANCE AND WEBSITE USE
Access to and use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Users must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, or submit information that is false, misleading or unlawfully obtained.

4. WEBSITE INFORMATION
GKCC endeavours to maintain accurate and current information; however, event dates, venues, programmes, speakers, prices, availability and other operational details may change. Publication of information does not constitute a guarantee that an event, programme or activity will proceed exactly as initially advertised.

5. TITHES, OFFERINGS AND DONATIONS
Tithes, offerings and voluntary donations are contributions to GKCC and are not purchases of goods or services. All such contributions are final and non-refundable, subject only to correction of a verified duplicate or erroneous transaction where GKCC determines that a refund is appropriate. Donor information is treated as confidential and is not publicly disclosed by GKCC.

6. EVENT TICKETING
Where GKCC sells tickets, the purchaser must review the event-specific ticket information, including price, date, venue and applicable cancellation/refund terms, before completing payment. Event-specific terms form part of the transaction and may vary according to venue, accommodation, catering, conference facilities and other commitments applicable to that event.

7. FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS
GKCC may conduct campaigns for community and infrastructure initiatives, including housing-related projects, building or wall projects, clothing drives, grocery initiatives and similar activities. Contributions are voluntary. GKCC may redirect funds to a substantially similar or related purpose where the stated project reaches its target, is cancelled, becomes impractical, or circumstances materially change.

8. PAYMENT PROCESSING

GKCC does not request or store complete payment-card credentials through its own website checkout. Payment processing remains subject to the applicable provider's terms, security controls and privacy policy.

9. RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
Where applicable, GKCC may issue receipts, invoices or other transaction confirmations in respect of donations, event payments or other transactions. Users are responsible for supplying accurate billing and contact information.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, website services, forms, databases, communications services and social-media platforms. GKCC is not responsible for independent third-party systems, availability or policies.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The GKCC name, logo, branding, original text, photographs, videos, graphics and other Website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by GKCC, content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited.

12. USER-SUBMITTED MATERIAL
Where users submit information, photographs, registrations or other material, they warrant that the submission is accurate and that they have the authority to provide it. Where consent is required for photographs, recordings or participation involving minors, GKCC will seek the appropriate consent from a parent or lawful guardian.

13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GKCC will not be liable for losses arising from temporary Website unavailability, third-party service interruptions, inaccurate user-supplied information, or circumstances outside GKCC's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
GKCC may suspend access to Website functionality where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, fraud prevention, legal compliance or operational reasons.

15. AMENDMENTS
GKCC may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on the Website will apply from its stated effective date.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa, subject to any mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
