Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, Waitlist, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policies 1. Booking Policy 1.1 All bookings must be made through the official booking platform or authorized communication channels. 1.2 A booking shall only be deemed confirmed once full payment (where applicable) and all required registration details have been received. 1.3 The Organization reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any booking that does not comply with the stated requirements. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organization via the official communication channels. 2.2 Cancellations made seven (7) calendar days or more prior to the scheduled event/service shall be eligible for a full refund (where applicable). 2.3 Cancellations made between three (3) to six (6) calendar days prior to the scheduled event/service shall be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. 2.4 Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled event/service shall not be eligible for a refund. 2.5 In the event that the Organization cancels or reschedules an event/service for any reason, the participant shall be entitled to either: (a) a full refund of any fees paid, or (b) transfer of the booking to a future event/service of equal value. 2.6 The Organization shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of cancellations or rescheduling. 3. Waitlist Policy 3.1 Where an event/service has reached maximum capacity, a waitlist shall be made available. 3.2 Individuals may register for the waitlist, which shall operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. 3.3 In the event a space becomes available, the Organization shall notify the next individual on the waitlist. Said individual shall have twenty-four (24) hours from notification to confirm the booking. 3.4 Failure to confirm within the stated time frame shall result in the forfeiture of the available space, which shall then be offered to the next individual on the waitlist. 3.5 Registration on the waitlist does not constitute a confirmed booking and does not guarantee participation. 4. No-Show Policy 4.1 A “No-Show” shall be defined as a participant who fails to attend a booked event/service without providing prior written cancellation. 4.2 All No-Shows shall be considered non-refundable. 4.3 Repeated No-Shows may result in: (a) forfeiture of future booking privileges, and/or (b) requirement of advance non-refundable deposits for subsequent
