Pastor Joy has extensive knowledge and experience in the Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour Field, with more than 13 years experience in the Corporate sector. She has held both HR Generalist and Strategic positions. She is registered with SA Board for People Practices (SABPP) - Membership Number 42863961.
Her passion is empowering and developing leaders to excel in impacting people, organisations and nations. She has founded and is the Dean of Grace Bible College, which boasts more than 250 graduates since inception. She has also founded Kingdom Business School, Blooming Blossoms, Bold and Brave Boys, Favoured Wife, all aimed at building little girls and boys, youth, men and women in the God-given assignments.  
She holds an Honours in Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry, BA Industrial Psychology & Communication Science, BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology, ND Human Resources. She also obtained Management of Change (MOC) offered in conjunction with the IOD.
