1. SCOPE AND PRINCIPLES
This Policy governs refunds and cancellations relating to payments made to GKCC through its Website or approved payment channels. The nature of the transaction determines the applicable treatment: voluntary contributions are distinct from purchases of event tickets or other paid participation.

2. TITHES, OFFERINGS AND DONATIONS
All tithes, offerings and voluntary donations made to GKCC are final and non-refundable. A contribution is not treated as a purchase of goods or services and therefore does not carry an ordinary consumer cancellation period.

3. DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS
Where the same transaction has been processed more than once due to an error or technical duplication, GKCC will investigate the transaction. Once the duplication has been verified and sufficient transaction information has been supplied, GKCC will process the appropriate refund as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS
Where a payer identifies an incorrect amount, transaction or payment allocation, the matter may be reviewed by GKCC. Any correction or refund will be determined with reference to the transaction records and the nature of the payment.

5. EVENT-SPECIFIC REFUND TERMS
Event ticket cancellation and refund terms are determined on an event-by-event basis. The applicable deadline and conditions will be disclosed to the purchaser before payment is completed. Different deadlines may apply because GKCC's financial commitments vary by event.

6. VENUE AND SERVICE-PROVIDER COMMITMENTS
Event commitments may include deposits or contractual obligations to hotels, conference centres, venues, caterers, accommodation providers, transport providers, suppliers and other third parties. Accordingly, an event's cancellation deadline may occur substantially earlier than the event date. Once the stated event-specific deadline has passed, ticket purchases are non-refundable unless GKCC expressly determines otherwise.

7. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
If GKCC cancels or postpones an event, the remedy available to ticket holders will be communicated on an event-specific basis. Where a refund is applicable and reasonably possible, GKCC intends to provide a full refund of the ticket price. No refund will be made for payment-processing charges retained by a payment provider where such charges are non-refundable to GKCC.

8. TICKET TRANSFERS
Tickets are not ordinarily transferable unless the relevant event permits transfer or GKCC approves an internal arrangement. Any approved transfer remains subject to the event's capacity, registration and security requirements. GKCC • www.gkcc.org.za

9. FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS AND INVALID TRANSACTIONS
GKCC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a transaction, ticket or registration where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised use, duplicate registration, chargeback manipulation or materially inaccurate information.

10. FUNDRAISING CONTRIBUTIONS
Contributions to GKCC fundraising initiatives are generally final and non-refundable. GKCC may redirect funds where the stated project reaches its target, is cancelled, becomes impractical, costs materially less than anticipated, or circumstances otherwise change, provided the funds are applied to a substantially similar or related church or community purpose. Fundraising campaigns do not operate under a blanket refund period unless expressly stated in the campaign terms.

11. REFUND REQUESTS
Where a refund is potentially applicable, GKCC may require the payer's full name, contact details, date of transaction, amount, purpose of payment, payment reference and reasonable evidence of the transaction. Requests should be submitted through info@gkcc.org.za or reception@gkcc.org.za.

12. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. The period within which funds reflect in the payer's account may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

13. NO AUTOMATIC REFUND ENTITLEMENT
Submission of a refund request does not itself create an entitlement to a refund. Eligibility is determined by this Policy, the event-specific terms applicable to the transaction, the transaction records and applicable law.

14. POLICY AMENDMENTS
GKCC may amend this Policy from time to time. The version applicable to an event transaction will be the version communicated or made available to the purchaser at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

This document is published by GKCC for website and payment-provider compliance purposes. It should be read together with the specific terms displayed for individual events or campaigns where applicable.
